Online services - Have you registered for online access?

Once you have registered for online access you can beat the queue and book appointments online, order repeat prescriptions and view some areas of your medical records, such as test results. To register you will need to call in to the Practice with photographic ID and recent proof of address.

St Helens Gateway is a community hub of information; bringing together all health, social care and wellbeing information and services into one central place.

When the surgery is closed

For emergencies outside of surgery hours, (after 6.30pm Monday-Friday and during the weekends) on telephoning the Practice you will be transferred automatically to our out-of-hours service provider, which is St Helens Rota. They will assess your problem and determine if a visit is necessary. Please do not ask to see a doctor unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery reopens.

If you are feeling unwell please consider visiting St Helens CCG for information on services available:

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
