Online services - Have you registered for online access?

Once you have registered for online access you can beat the queue and book appointments online, order repeat prescriptions and view some areas of your medical records, such as test results. To register you will need to call in to the Practice with photographic ID and recent proof of address.

New Patient Registration

We welcome new patients who live within our practice area which covers a wide area of St Helens including (North and Central) Eccleston, Rainford, Billinge, Blackbrook to the east and Thatto Heath, Marshalls Cross and Fingerpost to the south. Please contact reception for further information

New Patient questionnaire

New patient are asked to complete a short questionnaire regarding your health. This is important as there may be a delay before your notes arrive from your previous doctor.

You will also be invited to attend for a new patient examination with the nurse.

To register as a new patient, please obtain a registration form from surgery.
